Mellanox Technologies Ltd. - an international provider of computer networking solutions based on InfiniBand and Ethernet technologies. The company offers adapters, switches, cables and software necessary for efficient infrastructure operation.

In addition to hardware, Mellanox also offers extensive systems and library collections for infrastructure optimization and maintenance.

Its target market is data warehousing, data analytics, machine learning and artificial intelligence.

Products

Mellanox specializes in networking solutions. Its flagship product series is network cards based on Infiniband or Ethernet technology. Transmission speeds range from 1 to 200 Gbps for Ethernet and from SDR to HDR with Infiniband technology. The configuration of the switches allows up to 40 cables with a connectivity of up to 16 Tbps and a maximum speed of up to 200Gbps. In addition, the company provides all the necessary infrastructure to properly connect the network.

Technology

NVIDIA DOCA SDK - a system that allows the development of applications and services based on NVIDIA BlueField data processing units using standard APIs.
UFM (Unified Fabric Manager) - a network management platform that provides telemetry along with AI to help support scalable data centers.

HPC-X - a system that includes MPI and SHMEM/PGAS libraries. Allows to improve the performance and scalability of applications developed on the basis of the previously mentioned libraries.

ASAP2 (Accelerated Switch and Packet Processing) - combines the performance and efficiency of a network server with the flexibility of a virtual switch.

DPDK (Data Plane Development Kit) - a collection of libraries and optimized network card drivers that allow fast packet processing in the user zone.

WJH (What Just Happend) - advanced streaming telemetry that allows real-time monitoring of network problems. In addition to basic diagnostics, it provides information on undesirable network behavior.
