Supermicro Global Services and Support offers flexible and customizable Service Level Agreements for:

  • Onsite support, covering Supermicro hardware solutions.

Our Onsite Service Programs provide a 4-hour onsite response option for mission-critical environments or any tailored solution that meets each Client's specific business requirements. Benefits of Supermicro Global Advance Services include:

  • Access to the service desk and/or service portal,
  • 24x7 (x365) call center for entitlement verification with routing to the help desk, providing a single point of contact. Selectable SLA to meet the Client's business requirements,
  • Supermicro maintains stock in local regional depots to help meet the SLA,
  • Supermicro handles reserved parts and arranges two-way shipping,
  • The Supermicro logistics team handles shipping/receiving, packaging, import/export, and VAT to deliver the required parts on time to onsite service engineers for end customers (for Silver level and above),
  • A web portal for submitting, tracking cases, routing, and measuring SLA metrics,
  • Technical Account Managers (TAM) who manage accounts, handle escalations, and provide insights through reporting,
  • Special services to meet the Client's GDPR requirements, such as Digital Media Retention.
